​Ruma was the first recognized Azawakh in Australia, our foundation. Her show career began in 2012, she gained her title with a few nice wins along the way including Best Intermediate in group under Mr Paul Britza, RUBIG under Mr Wayne Burton, Intermediate in Show @The Sighthound Association under Mr Alberto Lamperti(Italy) and was the first Az shown at a Royal show which was Sydney Royal where she made the top 8 in the hound group under the legendary Goran Bodegard. She retired from the ring for maternal duties in 2013 when she whelped the first Azawakh litter in Australia.
